This training program has been developed to explain the basic rules of Flagging and to motivate new Flaggers on their job responsibilities. This program develops primary rules of Flagging and reinforces the job responsibility of Flaggers. This program uses scenes from coast to coast and highlights the death of a woman flagger hit by a driver that ignored the rules. An excellent training program for new and experienced flaggers.
